This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. The position is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the development of organizational practices. Daily responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll processing, and assisting in the implementation of HR strategies to create an inclusive and productive work environment.

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and maintaining effective communication with employees
• Thorough understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant industry HR role is a plus
