Role Description

We are hiring a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Kolkata office. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing day-to-day human resource activities. Key tasks will include recruitment, employee onboarding, addressing employee concerns, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in HR Management, including talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Experience in Attendance and leave management
• Expertise in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or ( MBA)

Experience : 2-3 Years

Working Location : Kolkata

Salary : 2.5 - 3 LPA
