This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring effective employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and supporting day-to-day human resource management functions. The role also involves contributing to the development of a positive organizational culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR strategies
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns effectively
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
