This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive situated in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure alignment with company goals. The role requires active involvement in managing HR processes, improving workforce engagement, and fostering a positive company culture.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to effectively oversee and optimize daily HR activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Broad knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
