Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Human Resources Executive at Bhargava Phytolab Pvt. Ltd. The incumbent will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The role includes supporting employee relations, recruitment, training, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will liaise with the organizational leadership to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
• Proficiency in HR Operations and effective implementation of HR Policies
• Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and workplace policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in HR management systems and related HR software is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
