Job Location: CBD Belapur- Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Office Management
- Maintain and regularly update notice boards across Belapur, Taloja, and Chennai locations.
- Oversee housekeeping and general facility management at the corporate office.
- Manage procurement and inventory of monthly office supplies.
Recruitment & HR Coordination
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee files.
- Prepare and organize documentation required for audits.
- Maintain proper records and assist with compliance documentation.
- Learn and support payroll processes through relevant payroll software.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support the planning and execution of welfare and engagement activities for employees.
- Assist in driving employee communication and morale-boosting initiatives.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Manage corporate giveaways and souvenirs for internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers for marketing and office branding materials.
- Assist in preparing basic marketing creatives and credentials.
- Support outdoor photoshoots as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 23 years in HR and/or Admin functions.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of design tools or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with payroll software or readiness to train
