Role Description

BatteryPool is seeking a HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager & will handle HR operations, manage employee relations, enforce HR policies, and ensure seamless execution of HR processes in our 3-Wheeler division. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and fostering an employee-friendly workplace culture while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Operations & Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Handle employee grievance-related matters
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist in HR administration and operational support
• Coordinate with local authorities and law enforcement when required

• Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Location: On-site in Indore
