This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, implement and enforce HR policies, manage employee relations, and contribute to organizational development. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, addressing HR-related queries, and supporting the management team in strategic HR decision-making.

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proven ability to manage Employee Relations and implement effective HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage
• Prior experience in technology or startup environments is a plus
