What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance reviews
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities
