Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring smooth personnel management. Additionally, the role involves contributing to strategic HR initiatives and maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the arts or cultural sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
