Role Overview
We are seeking a people-centric and proactive HR Executive to manage internal hiring, employee engagement, and employee care initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for corporate roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and workforce requirements
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment, acting as an internal Staffing Recruiter for corporate roles
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records
- Handle attendance tracking and leave management
Employee Engagement & Care
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives
- Assist in organizing employee activities and culture-building programs
Performance & Exit Management
- Support performance review cycles
- Assist in managing exit processes and documentation
