Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The role entails managing HR operations and processes, implementing and maintaining company HR policies, facilitating employee relations to foster a positive work environment, and collaborating with leadership to address human resource needs. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex HR challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience working in the wellness or luxury goods industry is a plus
