Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates.
- Draft and update job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOPs, policies, and other HR-related documents.
- Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
- Issuing a Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Maintain employees leaves, medical, and attendance records. Track employees attendance/absenteeism and report to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct orientation programs and briefings for new employees.
- Setting up / Updating / Forwarding email addresses for new and resigned employees.
- Understanding employees grievances at the work engagement level and implementing corrective measures.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit with professionalism at Webdoux.
- Organising employee training ensures they are fully equipped to perform their duties.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness events.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and productive workplace.
- Organise and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in HR & Talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's / Master'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational and time-management skillswith excellent attention to detail and a willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
