We are looking for a young and energetic HR Recruiter for our real estate/construction company!

Position: Executive /Senior Executive HR (Recruitment)

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 1 - 4 years in end to end recruitment

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

Sourcing Profiles

Screening & Scheduling

Employee Payroll Support

On boarding Support

Asset Allocation Coordination

Any additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager / HOD

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for mid to senior-level roles.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory
