About Human Resources

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolution of all employee queries within TAT
  • Create straight through processes and seamless query resolution
  • Liasoning with Internal Customers, Business, Data Security, Risk, Vendor data security, HR IT for Query clarification, Process clarification, internal approvals, documentation and payments
  • HRTechProject planning and execution key change agendas
  • Drive the HRTechTransformation implementation of the strategic goals acrossteams
  • Benchmark against the best practices, identify gaps and implement innovative & sustainable processes andtechnology
  • Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create customer (employee) delight

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Bachelors degree in commerce or its equivalent from a recognized institute

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in background verification

Role Proficiencies:
  • IT / Computer Science graduate with hands on experience
