Position Overview:

The HR Director will lead and own the people function at XP&D Platform, with responsibility for building strong HR systems, supporting business growth, and sustaining a high-performance culture across locations.Prior experience in events or agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and people decisions
• Build, manage and mentor the HR team across locations
• Own end-to-end talent acquisition with a strong focus on quality
• Lead performance management, including goal setting,reviewsand promotions
• Design learning and development initiatives
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen a culture that supports creativity,accountabilityand employee well-being
• Own HRcompensation andpayroll coordination, benefits,auditsand vendor management while ensuring compliance with labour laws andstatutory requirements
• Own HR governance including policies, handbooks, disciplinary frameworks, and grievance redressal
