Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Director of Human Resources, located in Gurugram. The Corporate Director of Human Resources will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support the performance management process. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, collaborating with leadership teams, and fostering a positive workplace culture while aligning HR practices with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions, including strategic planning and organizational development
• Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement and monitor compliance
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, including resolving conflicts and enhancing employee engagement
• Experience in Performance Management processes to support employee growth and organizational objectives
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• MBA or equivalent degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or service sector, is an advantage
