HR Director – India GCC (Build & Scale | Global Organization)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Summit is partnering with a global software product organization to appoint a senior HR leader for its India Global Capability Center (GCC).

The organization is a well-established player with a strong track record in building enterprise-grade software solutions, consistently delivering value through a customer-focused and people-centric approach.

As part of its strategic growth, the company is expanding its India GCC to strengthen capabilities across Technology, Operations, Data, and AI. The center currently has 200 employees and is expected to scale to 400–500 employees over the next 24 months, playing a critical role in driving global growth and innovation.

The Role: HR Director – India GCC

As the HR Director, you will lead the people strategy and execution for the India GCC, closely aligning with global priorities while building a high-performance, scalable, and sustainable organization.

You will design and drive a 12–36 month HR roadmap aligned to:

  • Business growth and capability expansion
  • Productivity and efficiency enhancement
  • Building a performance-driven, people-centric culture

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Organization Design

  • Define KPI frameworks, organization structures, and role clarity aligned to GCC growth

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Build a scalable, high-quality hiring engine to support rapid expansion

Employer Branding (Internal & External)

  • Position the GCC as a preferred talent destination in the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai market

Career Development & Leadership Pipeline

  • Strengthen career paths, succession planning, and leadership capability
