Role Description

The Human Resources Director is a full-time remote position dedicated to driving the strategic and operational elements of human resources for the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Collaboration with various teams, promoting a positive workplace culture, and leading HR initiatives will be core parts of the role to support Startup India Foundation's mission and vision.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) management and strategy
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
  • Proven ability to handle Employee Relations and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Knowledge of Performance Management systems and evaluation methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in an entrepreneurial or startup environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
