Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, revising and implementing company policies, leading performance management initiatives, and fostering a healthy workplace culture. The role will contribute to recruitment, employee engagement programs, and staff development to support the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design and implement efficient processes
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Proficiency in Performance Management to drive employee growth and organizational success
  • Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Laws to ensure compliance
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in wellness, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus
