The SleepAlfa Sleep Assessment evaluates sleep patterns, lifestyle factors, and stressors to uncover root causes of poor sleep, enabling personalized improvement plans. Through habit-building frameworks and tailored guidance, SleepAlfa delivers sustainable sleep solutions to reduce stress, improve sleep hygiene, and promote restorative sleep. This holistic approach helps individuals connect their sleep to better focus, mood, and productivity.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, revising and implementing company policies, leading performance management initiatives, and fostering a healthy workplace culture. The role will contribute to recruitment, employee engagement programs, and staff development to support the organization's growth and success.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design and implement efficient processes
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
• Proficiency in Performance Management to drive employee growth and organizational success
• Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Laws to ensure compliance
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in wellness, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus
