Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Target-Driven Recruitment: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly hiring targets. Focus on reducing time-to-hire and maintaining a high offer-acceptance rate to ensure our business objectives are met without delay.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Sourcing & Headhunting: Actively leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques to map out talent, engage passive candidates, and build robust talent pipelines. Utilize other major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia) as secondary sourcing channels.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Leverage established connections and manage ongoing relationships with external recruitment agencies, placement companies, and consultancies to augment sourcing efforts for urgent or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strategic Interview Alignment: Manage complex interview coordination, aligning candidate availability with the schedules of department heads and hiring managers. Ensure a tight, efficient interview loop to minimize candidate drop-offs and accelerate the decision-making process.
  • End-to-End Pipeline Management: Manage the complete hiring process—from initial sourcing and shortlisting to final negotiation and onboarding—ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Telephonic & Technical Screening: Conduct in-depth initial phone screenings to assess candidate communication skills, technical relevance for our IT training requirements, and cultural fit for long-term stability within the company.
  • Document & Compliance Management: Perform thorough scanning, verification, and auditing of candidate documents (IDs, academic certificates, experience letters) to guarantee data accuracy and compliance before onboarding.
  • Database & ATS Management: Maintain a highly organized, up-to-date internal database and applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, transparent, and positive experience throughout their hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR or equivalent is a strong plus).
  • Experience: 4–8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets is required. Experience within the Education, EdTech, or IT Training sector is highly preferred.
  • Industry Network: Strong, pre-existing links with recruitment agencies, placement firms, and campus placement cells to quickly mobilize external hiring support when needed.
  • Tech Savvy & Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter/Hiring tools and job portal dashboards. Highly capable with MS Office (Excel & Word) for reporting.
  • Process Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on strict document verification, meticulous record-keeping, and process efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, capable of representing the company professionally to candidates and external vendors.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while keeping stakeholders aligned.
