About Human Resources

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and management of compensation practices in the bank
  • Compensation benchmarking with existing industry practices and incorporating best practices at Axis
  • Reviewing benefits policies at regular intervals for modifications if required
  • Responsible for submission of Board Note, NRC and other RBI submissions
  • Resolution of all compensation, bonus and ESOP related queries within timelines
  • Completion of year end appraisal in the bank within timelines

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Bachelors degree in commerce or its equivalent from a recognized institute

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in background verification

Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Good communication (both verbal and written) skills

Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and colleagues

Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Good Excel and database management skills
