We're Hiring: HRBP Manager | Gurugram

Salary: Up to 25 LPA

Location: Gurugram

Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-School (IIM, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.)

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner Manager to work closely with our leadership team in driving strategic people initiatives and enabling business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR strategies for large, fast-paced organizations and comes with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs
  • Design and implement performance management and employee engagement frameworks
  • Advise on organizational culture, change management, and DEI strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best-in-class HR policies

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institute (IIM, XLRI, TISS, MDI, ISB, etc.)
  • 8–12 years of progressive HRBP experience in large or high-growth organizations
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational transformation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
