We are seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner Manager to work closely with our leadership team in driving strategic people initiatives and enabling business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR strategies for large, fast-paced organizations and comes with strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs
- Design and implement performance management and employee engagement frameworks
- Advise on organizational culture, change management, and DEI strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best-in-class HR policies
What We're Looking For:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institute (IIM, XLRI, TISS, MDI, ISB, etc.)
- 812 years of progressive HRBP experience in large or high-growth organizations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational transformation
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
