We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Immediate Joiner Preferred

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6+ years in HR
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HRBP to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs & design training calendars
Manage training budgets, execution & effectiveness tracking
Plan & implement HR engagement activities & company events
Organize festival celebrations & employee gatherings
Manage employee Mediclaim renewals & staff queries
Prepare Pulse MIS reports for management insights
Collaborate with ISO team to update processes, policies & SOPs
Set up and monitor Pan-India training tracking systems
Required Skills
Strong communication & leadership
Exposure to HR best practices
Proficiency in PPT & Excel
Excellent presentation & time management skills
