Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP will work collaboratively with teams to implement HR policies, cultivate positive employee relations, and support labor law compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee performance, addressing workforce issues, and advising leadership on best practices to enhance the organization's human resources strategies. The HRBP will also contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications- Minimum 6 years in HR

• Strong understanding of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate across teams
• Experience in the education or service sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in MS Excel Formulas
