Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Non-Tech verticals (Creative & Marketing). This role requires a strong blend of Talent Acquisition and Core HR expertise, along with the ability to partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Own end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across multiple functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring plans
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, and social channels
  • Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT and cost metrics
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles

2. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders for all HR-related initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives
  • Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)
  • Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D for capability building

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes
  • Ensure smooth employee experience across the lifecycle
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and ensure timely resolution

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes
  • Support audits and documentation when required

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition + Generalist HR role
  • Strong exposure to non-tech hiring (Marketing & Creative roles)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Data-driven mindset with problem-solving approach
  • Willingness to relocate to Jaipur (if not already based there)
