About the job

Job overview:

We are looking for a proactive professional to work as HR Business Partner for the TR India Bangalore Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic partnership: Align HR strategies, policies, and programs with the specific goals and needs of the operational center to support overall business objectives with the headquarters.
  2. Performance and talent management: Coach managers on performance management, employee development and creating development plans to build organizational capability.
  3. Employee relations: Advise management on and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  4. Operational support: Provide HR expertise to guide operations leadership on people-related challenges, such as building morale and improving productivity and retention within the operating environment.
  5. HR program execution: Implement and drive HR programs related to talent acquisition, compensation, retention, and employee engagement within the operational center and Team Buildings.
  6. Data and analytics: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on personnel costs and other key performance indicators relevant to the operating center.
  7. Compliance and policy: Ensure the operating center remains compliant with employment legislation by providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement, university relations.
  • Strong business acumen to understand the operational business and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR or related fields
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Spanish will be valued.
