About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team.
This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies
that support business objectives, enhance employee experience, and strengthen
our culture of performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership - Partner closely with business leaders to understand functional goals and workforce needs. - Support and influence strategic decision-making with data-driven HR insights. - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters.
Performance & Talent Management - Drive the performance review and feedback cycles end-to-end. - Support leaders with talent calibration, succession planning, and employee
development. - Identify and nurture high-potential talent and work with L&D to structure growth
plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture - Champion the employee experience; design and execute engagement initiatives tailored to teams. - Lead pulse surveys, analyze insights, and work with teams to build action plans. - Foster an inclusive, transparent, and high-performance work culture.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling - Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. - Lead investigations and resolve conflicts in alignment with company policies and values.
People Operations & Compliance - Partner with HR Ops and Payroll teams to ensure seamless processes - onboarding, transfers, exits, etc. - Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and compliance protocols across regions.
Change Management & Projects - Contribute to or lead organization-wide HR projects (e.g., process digitization, policy refresh, DEI, etc.). - Act as a change agent during business transitions and restructuring.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8-10 years of HRBP or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing HR for large frontline or distributed teams is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
- Data-oriented and comfortable using dashboards and HR metrics for decisions.
- Exposure to labor law, performance frameworks, and employee life cycle
management.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently.
- MBA from tier 1 college
