Role Overview
Partner with Technology, Product & Business teams as a trusted advisor. Translate business goals into people strategies, drive talent initiatives, and build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Align people strategy with business objectives; provide data-driven insights
- Talent Management: Lead performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning & career pathing
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, recognition programs & culture building
- Change Management: Support org restructuring, scaling, and process transitions
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance with empathy
- HR Analytics: Track attrition, engagement, and performance metrics; present dashboards
Must-Have
- 8+ years HRBP experience in technology/SaaS/product companies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication & conflict-resolution skills
- High emotional intelligence & business acumen
Good to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Exposure to global/multi-geography teams
