Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to Tech & Product leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
- Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance management process including annual reviews, continuous feedback, variable pay cycles, and talent calibrations.
- Organizational Design: Partner with leaders to design optimal team structures, reporting lines, and future workforce plans that support scale and agility.
- Coaching & Capability Building: Coach team leaders and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and a culture of ownership.
- Change & Transformation: Drive change management initiatives across org design, systems implementation, and cultural transformation.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Collaborate with TA and COEs to drive inclusive hiring and retention strategies across tech/product verticals.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Generate and analyze HR dashboards and business unit reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- HR Technology Adoption: Champion HR tech tools (e.g., OKRs, LMS, PMS) and collaborate with product/HR tech teams for seamless adoption.
- Policy & Process Excellence: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR policies, programs, and practices for better efficiency and impact.
- Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional HR projects and interventions tailored to the needs of the Tech/Product business units.
- Employee Engagement: Act as a strategic business partner by applying problem-solving skills to address employee grievances and resolve issues. Lead skip-level meetings and track engagement and sentiment metrics to implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being.
Requirement:
MBA from Premiere Institutes
3-5 Years of experience in HRBP (Preferably from Tech & Product background)
