Job Description- HRBP Executive

Experience- 12yrs

Job Location- Chennai

A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships, and who gets things done. Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Effectively manage all employee related data and maintain data sanctity. Act as a single point of contact for all employee and policy related queries & grievances.
  • Maintain an effective and transparent communication channel within the business and the team.
  • Ensure all concerns related to the employees are addressed within the stipulated time frame and in accordance with the organizational guidelines and policy framework.
  • Monitor adherence and adoption of internal policies and HR systems. Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow within the team and the aligned business.
  • Prepare MIS/ attrition reports and dashboard for the stakeholders.
  • Improve the existing employee engagement framework.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trend.
  • Proficiency in in MS excel, communication skills, database managent.
