Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, fostering robust employee relations, ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) processes
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Performance Management systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the HR field or as a Business Partner is a strong advantage
