Job Description

Role: Lead - People Experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support and lead HR initiatives across 100 people each across 23 client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HR functions within the IT industry, including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations - Onboarding, Leave/Attendance Management, and HR Documentation & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drive Performance Management lifecycle, goal setting & reviews
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives and capability building
  • Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle & HR documentation
  • Execute employee engagement strategies, culture & retention initiatives by leveraging technology
  • Have regular touchpoints with every employee to ensure their well-being
  • Oversee leave management, HRMS data and compliance
  • Act as HR advisor for stakeholders across multiple client accounts
  • Build trust by genuinely caring, coaching the individual to achieve their career goals.
  • Remove bottlenecks that prevent individuals from having good relationships with their managers / peers / subordinates /client /leadership.

Mandatory skills:

  • Demonstration of all the competencies of an HR business partner.
  • Demonstrated experience in building trustworthy relationships along with probing skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and influencing skills.
  • The ability to build trust with people and maintain their trust by resolving their concerns.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive critical, confidential financial information.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in HR from a well reputed university.
  • Experience dealing with complex/sensitive day to day people management issues in an IT Services Company
  • MS Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of AI / digital HR tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good presentation skills.
