Job Title: HR Lead (IT/ITES)

Job Description We are seeking a strategic HR Lead to drive employee lifecycle management and organizational culture for our tech teams. Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee HR operations, compliance, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Lead engagement programs to minimize attrition; resolve grievances with high emotional intelligence.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and coach managers on constructive feedback and goal alignment.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure 100% adherence to Indian Labor Laws (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Shops & Est. Act) and manage monthly payroll/F&F.
- Talent Development: Identify skill gaps in emerging technologies and drive DEI initiatives.
- HR Analytics: Manage HRIS and prepare dashboards on attrition, time-to-hire, and eNPS.
Required Skills:
- Leadership: 5+ years in a team-handling role within IT/ITES.
- Statutory Knowledge: Deep expertise in Indian Labor Legislations.
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS and Advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
