HR Advisory Role:
Partner with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders. Monitor and optimize budgets in collaboration with business leaders.
• Collaborate with business leaders for organization design, structure and translate business strategy to HR strategy.
• Create and monitor action plans basis annual engagement surveys and continuous listening
• Managing the performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management and Career Growth
• Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joiner experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices
• Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to ensure adequate staffing at all times
• Provides support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes
• Partner to create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
• Work collaboratively with key stake holders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development and happiness quotient.
JOB REQUIREMENT:-
• Proven track record with 6-8 years of HR experience Graduated from premier educational institutions.
