Human Resources Business Partner

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (7–12 years) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across core HR functions, stakeholder management, talent initiatives, and employee lifecycle management, with exposure to AI-enabled HR technologies and people analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and people strategy.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and HR interventions to foster a high-performance culture.
• Support compensation reviews, promotions, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to meet business talent needs.
• Leverage HR analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, automate HR processes, and enhance employee experience.
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.

Required Skills

• 7–12 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a technology, product, BFSI, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organization Development, HR Operations, and HR Compliance.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Darwin box, etc.).
• Exposure to AI-powered HR solutions, People Analytics, HR Automation, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
