HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 4+ Years

Shift Timings- 12-9pm

##Candidate should be available for the f2f interview-Gurgaon##

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can work closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business teams to support workforce planning and people strategy.

* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

* Support performance management and talent reviews.

* Handle employee relations and grievance management.

* Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.

* Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees.
