We are seeking a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR rounds to assess cultural fit for new hires, with flexibility to skip during peak hiring seasons.
- Oversee employee induction and onboarding processes for all new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Address conflicts, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Implement and manage the performance management process within the designated area, adhering to established timelines.
- Design and implement an employee engagement plan, conducting surveys and one-on-one meetings to gather feedback and work with leaders on addressing concerns.
- Utilize HR data to make informed recommendations to business leaders on improving engagement, reducing turnover, and enhancing productivity.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, conduct compliance audits, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide payroll inputs (e.g., arrears, attendance, severance) and address payout queries, particularly for operations teams.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) exits.
- Contribute to initiatives such as attrition management and incentive scheme design to support business objectives.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement changes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Tier-2 B-school graduate with 1 year of operations experience.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
