Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2 years of experience to support HR operations and partner with business leaders to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. The HRBP will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective HR practices aligned with business goals. HRBPs typically work closely with leaders to develop people strategies and address workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and employee support.
Partner with managers to support performance management and employee development.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Work with leadership to identify people challenges and implement HR solutions.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
HR Business Partners also help organizations improve employee experience, manage workforce challenges, and strengthen company culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of experience in HR roles (HRBP / HR Executive / HR Generalist)
Experience in employee engagement and HR operations preferred
