Job Description

About Graviton

Graviton is a privately funded quantitative trading firm on a mission to redefine excellence in financial markets research. We operate across a wide range of asset classes and global trading venues, powered by advanced quantitative models and deep data-driven insights. From time series analysis and stochastic modeling to pattern recognition and statistical inference — our teams turn terabytes of data into innovative trading ideas that move markets.

At Graviton Research Capital (Gurgaon), we believe our people are our true edge. We're a collective of engineers, quants, and innovators who thrive on solving complex problems and pushing the boundaries of technology and trading strategy.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent landscape — partnering with some of the brightest technical minds to foster growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence. You'll help us build an environment where innovation thrives and our people can do their best work as Graviton continues its journey of global expansion.

Key Pointers On The Role :

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering and Quant Research groups, driving people initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, develop, and nurture high-potential talent across technical and quantitative domains.
  • Design and implement targeted talent development and management programs to support career growth and organisational capability building.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within our technology ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Graviton's overall people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with the firm's long-term organisational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of HRBP experience, ideally with Tech, Engineering, or Quant teams.
  • Strong foundation in talent management, org development & engagement.
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with sharp business acumen.
  • Passion for building a culture of learning, innovation & excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about people, growth, and impact — someone who thrives at the intersection of talent, technology, and organisational excellence. If you love building meaningful partnerships with brilliant engineers and quantitative minds, and enjoy shaping the culture that helps them do their best work, this role is for you. At Graviton, you'll be part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of innovation, championing engineering excellence, and redefining what a great HR partnership looks like in a world-class tech and quant environment.
