About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives while ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR Operations, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, and at least 2 years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with business partnering, enabling leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to understand business priorities and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers by providing guidance on people-related matters, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organizational structure, and resource planning.
- Support leaders in driving performance, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency in HR processes and best practices.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, promotions, offboarding, and exit processes.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant and consistently implemented.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Drive process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
Talent Management
- Support managers in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
- Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with Learning & Development teams to identify capability-building opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing timely resolution and escalation when required.
- Partner with business leaders to improve employee experience and strengthen communication and engagement.
- Support grievance handling while ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
HR Projects & Analytics
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on key people metrics, including attrition, headcount, hiring, and engagement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Participate in HR transformation initiatives, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to execute HR programs effectively.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including:
- Strong experience in HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
