Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA in Human Resources.

Experience: 1-4 years in HR roles (preferred experience in Talent Management, L&D, or HR Operations).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce planning, and HR tech tools (SAP Success

Factors, Workday, etc.).

  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employment regulations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to manage diverse workforce dynamics.
