Job Summary
We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Fincart's fast-growing wealth management and financial advisory business. The role will closely partner with business leaders, sales teams, and support functions to drive people strategy, enhance productivity, and build a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sales-driven organizations, wealth/financial services, or consulting environments, with a sharp focus on performance, analytics, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and resource allocation
- Support change management initiatives
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
- Plan and manage headcount based on business expansion plans and productivity benchmarks
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to close critical roles within defined timelines
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build strong employee connect and address concerns proactively
- Drive engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Strengthen employer branding and employee experience
- Analyze attrition trends (especially in frontline roles) and implement retention strategies
4. Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
- Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
- Drive process standardization and policy implementation across teams
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and documentation requirements
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
6. HR Analytics & Business Insights
- Track and analyze key HR and business metrics:
- Attrition (overall & sales attrition)
- Time-to-hire & hiring funnel metrics
- Productivity per employee / advisor
- Cost-to-company vs revenue contribution
- Build dashboards and present insights to leadership for decision-making
- Use predictive insights to proactively address workforce challenges

Qualifications
