Job Description

About the role: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR professional to join our team at Cvent. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute across multiple HR functions including employee engagement, connects, data analysis, recognition, operations, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

1. Employee Connects

Drive employee connects such as Pulse, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Early Warning Signals (EWS) Connects, exit interviews, and other forums.

Expectations:

Send updated invites and coordinate logistics.

Document and finalize meeting minutes.

Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders

2. Employee Engagement

Partner with leaders to create meaningful engagement interventions based on HR pulse connects and survey insights.

Expectations:

Organize monthly connects on diverse themes (may include learning & development elements).

Design engagement Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders

3. Data Analysis & Dashboard Management

Build, update and manage HR dashboards, trackers, and tools.

Expectations:

Ensure accuracy and timely turnaround (TAT).

Drive awareness and socialize insights across stakeholders.

4. Recognition Programs

Plan and execute recognition activities for Marketing, PMO, Legal, and CS functions.

Expectations:

Ensure transparent nomination processes and detailed citations.

Implement innovative ways to recognize and honor achievements.

Enhance visibility and credibility of recognition programs.

5. HR Operations & Learning

Support HR operations such as Workday (WD) updates, Return-to-Office (RTO) updates, PIP tracking, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Expectations:

Collaborate with HR COEs (Ops, Rewards, Payroll, etc.).

Continuously upskill via platforms like CLC and LinkedIn Learning to strengthen HR capability.

6. Innovation & Productivity

Contribute ideas to enhance productivity and employee experience, including the use of AI-enabled solutions.

What you will need for this role:

Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources (preferred).

Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Learning Agility: Quick learner with a growth mindset and adaptability.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Multitasking Ability: Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, including generalist and administrative tasks.

Self-Motivation: Proactive, deadline-oriented, and able to work independently.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management, prioritization, and planning abilities.

Discretion: Capable of handling confidential information with integrity.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
