Role Summary:
The HRBP Consultant acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role drives talent management, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and compliance.
- Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR COEs (TA, L&D, C&B) for effective HR program execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- 210 years HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.
