Role Summary:

The HRBP Consultant acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role drives talent management, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and compliance.
  • Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs (TA, L&D, C&B) for effective HR program execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
  • 210 years HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.
