Experience

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in managing global stakeholders
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-informed decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and global outlook
