Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Specialist with 5–9 years of experience to support business leaders in driving employee engagement, HR operations, performance processes, and people initiatives. The role requires strong coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills while partnering closely with HR COEs and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration support.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and people analytics for leadership reviews.
  • Partner with business leaders on employee queries, engagement, and HR initiatives.
  • Support talent reviews, learning nominations, rewards & recognition, and employee communication.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, and other HR COEs.
  • Track HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, engagement, and hiring updates.
  • Support organization-wide HR projects, events, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain employee documentation.

Key Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience in HRBP Support, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or HR Coordination.
  • Strong experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and HR reporting/MIS skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a GCC or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
