Job Description

Location: Bangalore, India (In-office, Monday to Friday)

Role

We are a fast-growing technology-driven start-up building strong processes and a collaborative, people-first culture. As we expand, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level HRBP to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build their career in HR while gaining hands-on exposure across core HR functions such as supporting end-to-end HR operations for complete employee life cycle. This is a process-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving tools and systems. You will work closely with HR leadership, functional managers, and employees, directly contributing to the smooth functioning and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Manage pre-joining documentation, background checks, and joining formalities. You will be responsible for preparing and organizing onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. You will assist in policy documentation, SOP writing, and compliance processes and act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
  • Performance & Engagement Coordination: Collaborate with managers to define and track employee KPIs. You will be responsible for coordinating manager-employee check-ins and document meeting outcomes as well as coordinate skip-level meetings and feedback collection.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track HR data and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards as well as ensuring timely updates and follow-ups across recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Plan and execute team-building events, celebrations, and employee connect sessions and conducting post-activity feedback surveys and document improvement ideas. You will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive culture and morale-boosting initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in similar role, managing people and processes.
  • MBA in HR / Master of Social Work / BBA or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive processes.

Compensation

  • As per industry standards (based on experience and skill fit)
