We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage Learning & Development initiatives, streamline HR operations, and drive employee engagement programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, improving organizational capability, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage Learning & Development initiatives, streamline HR operations, and drive employee engagement programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, improving organizational capability, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
  • Design and implement training programs (technical & behavioral)
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Maintain training calendars and track participation
  • Evaluate training effectiveness (feedback, ROI, assessments)
  • Manage LMS and learning records
  • Support leadership development and career growth initiatives

2. HR Operations

  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Support audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries and HR helpdesk activities

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities (events, celebrations, wellness programs)
  • Drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback
  • Support culture-building and employer branding activities
  • Manage internal communication and HR announcements
  • Organize recognition & rewards programs

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential data
  • Analytical mindset (for surveys, training metrics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 25 years of relevant HR experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in L&D program execution
  • Exposure to HR operations and compliance
  • Hands-on experience in employee engagement activities
